All Day Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:
- In a large pot, cook the macaroni in boiling water for 10 minutes,
or until dente, & drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, 3 cups of the sharp Cheddar Cheese,
evaporated milk, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a slow cooker that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese.
- Cover, and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, or until the mixture is firm and
golden around the edges.
- Do not remove the cover or stir the mixture until the mixture has finished cooking.
- Serve warm.

Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
Preparation:
- Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk vegetable
oil and bananas.
- Stir flour mixture into banana mixture;
batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Heat lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium
high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using
approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides;
serve hot.

Cheese Potato Puff
Ingredients:
- 12 potatoes-medium & peeles
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs beaten
Preparation:
- Place potatoes in a large kettle; cover with water.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt; cook until tender.
- Drain kettle; mash potatoes until smooth.
- In a saucepan, cook and stir butter, cheese, milk and
remaining salt until smooth.
- Stir into potatoes; fold in eggs.
- pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until
puffy and golden brown.

German Spaetzle Dumplings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch freshly ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 gallon hot water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preparation:
- Mix together flour, salt, white pepper, and nutmeg.
- Beat eggs well, and add alternately with the milk to dry ingredients.
- Mix until smooth.
- Press dough through spaetzel maker, or a larger holed sieve or metal grater.
- Drop a few at a time in simmering liquid.
- Cook 5 to 8 minutes. Drain well.
- Saute cooked spaetzle in butter or margarine.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top, and serve.

Sherry Egg Nog
Ingredients:
- 1 (2 ounce) cream sherry
- 1 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- Milk
Preparation:
- Shake sherry, powdered sugar, and egg with ice and
strain into a collins glass.
- Fill with milk and stir.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
Makes 4 Servings
