1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup California Sunshine milk
1 scoop protein powder of your choice, plain or vanilla flavor
1 Tablespoon of peanut or almond butter
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Add banana, oats and milk to blender and blend well.
Drink and enjoy!
• Cut banana into slices and freeze ahead of time. This makes a colder and thicker smoothie.
