2-1/2 (16 oz.) bags frozen corn
16 ounces whipping cream
16 ounces California Sunshine whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
Additional ingredients: Butter (4 tablespoons), Flour (4 tablespoons), Parmesan cheese (1 cup)
Parsley, fresh & finely chopped, for garnish.
Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
In separate saucepan, melt butter, slowly stirring in flour over low heat.
Add butter/flour mixture into corn mixture and stir until thickened.
Spoon or slowly pour combined mixture into 9”x13”casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Broil until cheese is lightly browned. Garnish with fresh parsely flakes and serve warm.
